One of my favorite go-to meals that I love to make are smoothie bowls! They are super yummy, colorful, and fun to eat. I swear, eating healthy is as simple as making your meals interesting and fun to munch on.

Smoothie bowl def: thick smoothie poured into a bowl, decorated with toppings, and eaten with a spoon.

creamy cacao berry bowl recipe:
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup frozen berries
1 scoop Tone It Up vanilla protein powder (natural & vegan, can be purchased at Target)
1 tbs raw cacao powder
1 .5 cups almond milk (add more or less depending on your thickness preference)
toppings: berries, dark chocolate chips, coconut shavings, chia seeds.
blend all ingredients together, add toppings of your choice, and enjoy!
